Deleting your Nick of Time account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, you will lose access to all your data, including your profile, and messages history.
Please note that while we will delete your personal information, except for consultant records which is retained for legal purposes.
Account Deletion Process:
- Confirmation: You will need to confirm your request to delete your account.
- Processing Time: Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
In cases where account deletion is delayed due to ongoing consultations or open tickets, our team will directly contact the user to provide updates and next steps.
Please be aware that while we make every effort to permanently delete your data, there may be technical limitations or data recovery services that could potentially retrieve certain information.
